- Your home will also be featured on over 10 different home search engines. Over 90% of all homebuyers start their search on the internet. Your home will be featured on sites such as austinhomesearch.com, realtor.com, trulia.com, zillow.com and more!
- Your home will also be featured wardrealestateaustin.com and one of the nations largest social networking site, facebook.
Marketing Material-
- Tasteful yard sign letting your community know that your home is now available. This will look similar to the logo at the top of the page.
- Colored fliers for your home will be provided as well. We never use black and white!
- 2500 full color direct mail piece will go out announcing to your community that your home is now available!
Open house-
- My open houses set me apart from most realtors. I believe that the more traffic walking through your doors, the better the opportunity to sell. I will do at least 3 open houses on your home per month. These open houses are done by me and not farmed out to other, possibly less experienced agents.
- The open house is advertised on the internet! I have found that over 90% of open house traffic saw the home on the internet first! This is huge! That means these are actual buyers and not just nosey neighbors. Ask other realtors that you talk with about their stats in regards to open houses.
